To help you weather this storm, we are making telemedicine services available to you and your staff. With the DialCare Consult Plan, you and your staff will enjoy not only 24/7 access to doctors, but also virtual access to mental health professionals able to treat grief, anxiety, depression and more from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. seven days a week. Members can request doctor consultations for a fee of $65.00 and schedule counseling sessions for a consultation fee of $95.00 with no monthly subscription fee.

This plan is not a Qualified Health Plan under the Affordable Care Act. This is not a Medicare prescription drug plan. The range of discounts will vary depending on the type of provider and service. The plan does not pay providers directly. Plan members must pay for all services but will receive a discount from participating providers. The list of participating providers is on this website. A written list of participating providers is available upon request. You may cancel within the first 30 days after effective date or receipt of membership materials (whichever is later) and receive a full refund, less a nominal processing fee (nominal fee for MD residents is $5, AR and TN residents will be refunded processing fee).
